Thank you for shopping at SUEIZ. We appreciate your support in choosing our products. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Please contact our customer service team at sueizclothing@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 days.
Exchanges
